ASSOCIATES, PROSECUTION TEAM:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reviewing, and providing consultancy for trademark- related matters;
- Conducting trademark searches and analysis;
- Responding to inquiries, including, but not limited to, new application procedures/ cost estimation, application preparing, drafting and filing;
- Responding to provisional refusals, taking trademark oppositions/ cancellations/ invalidations; assignment and licensing, renewal and change recordal procedures, and related matters;
- Performing other necessary tasks related to IP prosecution matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree; a Law Degree is preferable;
- Experience in IP prosecution is an advantage (for Associate);
- Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
