Background: Engineer, graduated in 2007 from Hanoi University of Science and Technology with major in Chemical Technology. Hoa also finished the 6-month Intellectual Property training course in 2016 at the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam, the training course of the rights for a plant variety in 2018 and has 11-year experience in IP practice.
