Background: Master’s degrees in business administration in Foreign Trade University in 2012, Bachelor's degree in International Law from Institute for International Relations in 2007. Phuong also finished the 6 month training course on Trademark and Design in Strasbourg, France, in 2015 and to date, has 12 years experience in IP practice.
