With over 37 years of experience in Intellectual Property consulting, Mr. Son now holds the Special Counsel position in Intellectual Property Practice of Vision & Associates. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Son worked as a patent examiner at Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam); therefore, Mr. Son is particularly experienced in examining patent applications and providing legal advice thereon. His particular strengths include advising clients on international and Vietnamese intellectual property laws, especially patent laws, in respect of IPR establishment, registration of IPR transfer contracts; and performance of other procedures related to IPRs in accordance with the laws.
